Lindsay Bornheimer

Dr. Lindsay A. Bornheimer, Assistant Professor at University of Michigan School of Social Work and Department of Psychiatry, was recently awarded an intervention development (R34) grant from the National Institute of Mental Health. The award will support a three year project, “Feasibility, acceptability, and preliminary effectiveness of a cognitive-behavioral suicide prevention-focused intervention tailored to adults diagnosed with schizophrenia spectrum disorders (R34MH123609)”. Dr. Bornheimer’s project is focused on developing and testing a cognitive-behavioral suicide prevention-focused intervention tailored for individuals experiencing psychosis.
